Looking for a dress
Question:
I just ordered my gown through www.gownsales.com yesterday, and they were very helpful and quick in response. They quoted this dress that I like for almost $300 cheaper than Brides by Demetrios store, and not only that they said I will get my gown within 10 days(NY to CA). I think 10 days is pretty fast because when I went to Brides by Demetrios, they told me it will take 3 months for them to get it, and they claim that they have the priority to get the gown because it’s "their gown" which I found out none of them is true. I am very happy with gownsales’s service. I called them at least 5 times yesterday, and they didn’t put me on hold for long. They are very nice and helpful. I also found http://weddingexpressions.com and the guy that I talk to he is really nice and helpful. He was able to get my dress in 3-4 weeks. And they quoted me $20 more than gownsales, but I will get FREE shipping, a FREE bridal bag and a FREE W.E. Wedding Emergency Kit. If I have more time, I will purchase the gown from them. They also sell different accessories and they have liquidation Sale on gowns. Suddenly, I was squirting thick sticky white stuff out of my penis again. Only this time, I was squirting it where it belonged, right up inside the welcoming belly of my own 18 year old little sister. Spasm after spasm shook me, as I emptied myself inside the little girl. Diane was right with me. As I reached my second climax of my life, my little sister reached what was probably her first. Gasping and grunting, her little cunt spasmed around my squirting cock, milking every last drop up inside her tight little belly, and trying for more. It was only when my penis had shrunk so that it couldn’t remain inside her any more, that she finally slowed down.

I felt really uncomfortable placing my order (bridesmaid’s dress, which I’m wearing as my gown) with them. The guy who handles their email quotes is quick and friendly. When I called, I really needed help with the sizing. When I said that I didn’t know if it would be a 10 or a 12, I was told, "It has to be one or the other." Pretty much "pick one, hurry up"… I don’t even know when it is coming in. To be fair, I should have spoken up. And I really didn’t have to wait very long on hold. –El. > I was going to order a Bridesmaid dress from Pearl’s Place, but was > actually glad to find out that it was discontinued…. wow… whenever i’ve called them, i’ve been put on hold too, but considering how often i get a busy signal when calling them, i haven’t been surprised that they’re busy. the one time i spoke with elaine i got her a couple of hours before the store actually opened for business… she was quite nice to me, considering that i was calling around 7:30am their time. i just got the call tonight that my bridesmaids dresses are in, just exactly when they said they’d be in. i can’t wait till they show up! =) jen (& jeff) 9/19/99 — red meat isn’t bad for you… fuzzy blue-green meat is bad for you Share what you know. I was going to order a Bridesmaid dress from Pearl’s Place, but was actually glad to find out that it was discontinued…. Elaine was more than on the verge of rude when I was on the phone with her and she was, most definitely, impatient. They even put me on hold for 10 minutes and did not apologize or anything. It’s more trouble to find a new dress now, but I was glad to not give them my business. There are so many. It would be difficult to suggest one is better over the others unless one has an idea of what you’re looking for. Do you have an idea of any specific style or fabric, a price range, etc? The best place to start is to read some current bridal magazines and get ideas of style, etc., and look at the advertisements in the back. Sometimes the vendors have web pages (and look at many of those for ideas pertaining to other aspects of your wedding). Even if their type of business isn’t specifically in discount bridal gowns, they often provide links to other wedding-related web pages. You can sometimes find some great resources simply by checking out other wedding related web pages, magazines, etc.

I was looking for dresses online, too, and was considering the following three sites: www.pearlsplace.com – A number of people on this ng said they were very happy with their service. Pearl’s place answered my email very promptly. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the dress I wanted. www.brides-r-us.com – I wasn’t so happy with those guys. My emails never got answered. They don’t tell you whose dress they are showing you. [But they are designer dresses.] But they truly have LOTS of dresses, sorted by style, so it’s fun to look through and make up your mind what you like. www.gownsales.com – This is where I ended up ordering my gown from. They were very promptly in returning email. You have to find the gown you want from the designer’s pages (long list of links), then email them for a price quote, then order. I checked them out from BBB before ordering. No complaints. They are truly a discounter. My dress was $350 at the designer’s web page, $300 at Brides-R-Us, and $208 at gownsales. Go figure. I haven’t received my dress yet, so I can tell you more when that comes. (If they keep their delivery promise, that should be in 6-10 weeks.) Good luck, Therese

Hi all- I’m getting married in a little over a year, and have just started looking for a dress. I know that there are discounters online; which one is the best? I don’t mean just price, but also service. Also, if there are any other brides in Southeastern Michigan who could offer advice about weddings in this area in general, it would be much appreciated.
